Support for Winter and Safety Gear at Mobile Workers' Shelter
Over 100 Riders Receive Winter Gloves, LED Armbands, and More
Woowa Brothers, the company responsible for the logistics services of Baemin, announced on the 22nd that it held the "Winter Rider Safety Equipment Support Campaign" at the Second Branch of the Mobile Workers' Shelter in Jungnang-gu, Seoul, on the 18th.
This campaign, organized in collaboration with the Jungnang-gu Workers' Comprehensive Support Center, was designed to prevent accidents among riders and promote the use of the shelter during the peak winter season. In particular, it is a practical measure to address hazardous winter risk factors-such as slip accidents, hypothermia, and limited visibility-that were identified in Woowa Brothers' rider risk assessment.

Even after the campaign, additional supplies were donated to further encourage riders to use the shelter. In addition, practical safety and winter gear-including Blue Shark handle covers, Baemin Rider Wear padded jackets, balaclava and winter clothing sets-were distributed to riders selected through a raffle. Motorcycle safety items such as lubricants, engine cleaners, and night safety reflective stickers, which can offer tangible benefits for safe riding, were also provided.
A Woowa Brothers representative stated, "We planned this campaign to provide practical support for safe riding, based on the results of our rider risk assessment," and added, "In 2026, we will continue to prioritize the safety and health of our riders by operating a variety of on-site safety programs."
