NH NongHyup Financial Group Leads Inclusive Finance by Expanding Financial Education

On December 19, NH NongHyup Financial Group announced that it is continuously expanding group-wide financial education for customers, aiming to enhance financial literacy and help prevent financial fraud among financial consumers.

Throughout 2025, NH NongHyup Financial Group has provided practical, everyday financial education to youth and a wide range of customers, led by its subsidiaries including NongHyup Bank, NH Investment & Securities, NongHyup Life Insurance, and NongHyup Property & Casualty Insurance, leveraging each company’s expertise.

In particular, in line with policy initiatives such as the Financial Supervisory Service’s “One Company, One School Financial Education” program, the group is also participating in financial education programs connected with schools and local communities, thereby playing a role in strengthening the financial capabilities of future generations.

NongHyup Bank has launched new financial education programs for “hero customers,” referring to police officers, firefighters, and military personnel. The bank has also received positive feedback for its nationwide “On-Site Financial and Career Education” programs for high school seniors who have completed the college entrance exam.

NH Investment & Securities’ “Free Semester Financial Education” program, conducted in partnership with external professional education providers, has been recognized as a best practice for promoting financial education. The company is also taking the lead in encouraging voluntary participation in financial education by its employees.

NH NongHyup Financial Group stated, “Financial education is an important foundation that helps customers understand and utilize financial services correctly. We will continue to expand customer-centered financial education through group-level collaboration.”

Meanwhile, NH NongHyup Financial Group plans to faithfully fulfill its social responsibility in finance by continuing to pursue a balanced range of activities for financial consumer protection and inclusive finance, including financial education, in the future.
