KB Life Wins Grand Prize in Insurance Category at "Web Award Korea 2025"

KB Life announced on December 19 that it has won the Grand Prize in the insurance category at the "Web Award Korea 2025," the nation's most prestigious website evaluation event.


Web Award Korea is a leading domestic web evaluation awards ceremony organized by the Korea Internet Professionals Association (KIPFA). The awards evaluate currently operating websites based on 18 criteria, including design, user experience (UX), user interface (UI), content, technology, service, and marketing. A panel of approximately 4,000 internet professionals conducts the evaluation to select websites that demonstrate outstanding innovation and completeness.

In April, KB Life completely revamped its digital platform, redesigning the platform structure to provide a consistent customer experience across various environments, including PC web, mobile web, and application. Through this overhaul, the company made it easier and more intuitive for customers to manage their insurance and assets, while also strengthening comprehensive service features such as coverage analysis, pension analysis, and health information analysis.


Through its digital platform, KB Life offers the "KB Nursing Care Consulting" service, expanding the customer experience beyond insurance into the senior life care sector. This service is the only senior-customized consulting service provided by an insurance company, supporting senior customers and their families with practical services ranging from care diagnosis and the long-term care insurance system to information on care facilities and home care options.


This award is especially meaningful as it recognizes the excellence of the KB Life digital platform in UX, service, and content based on objective evaluations by external experts. KB Life plans to use this opportunity to further enhance the platform’s reliability and brand value.
