Polestar, the electric vehicle brand, announced on December 19 that it has officially opened “Space Daejeon,” a key hub for the central region.
Polestar expanded “Space Daejeon” into a retail hub where customers can experience vehicles, receive consultations, and complete deliveries, replacing the previous “Handover Daejeon,” which had focused mainly on test drives and vehicle deliveries.
Space Daejeon is Polestar’s sixth showroom, following Space Seoul, Hanam Starfield, Busan, Gwangju, and Suwon. It is located on the imported car street in Daejeon Metropolitan City, adjacent to Daejeon IC, providing excellent accessibility and convenience for customers across the entire central region, including Chungcheong and Sejong.
Space Daejeon consists of two floors, each with an area of 75 pyeong (approximately 248 square meters), and features a showroom that can display up to four vehicles as well as parking for up to ten cars, enhancing user convenience. The facility includes a customer lounge and three consulting rooms, where specialists provide tailored consultation services such as vehicle explanations, guidance on the online purchasing process, and test drive applications to meet customer needs.
Ham Jongsung, CEO of Polestar Korea, stated, “Through this renewal, which has expanded our existing infrastructure, we hope that even more customers in the central region will be able to experience the Polestar brand and its products in depth. We will continue to expand our nationwide retail network in line with regional characteristics and customer needs.”
