On December 18, Hope Bridge Korea Disaster Relief Association (President Lim Chaecheong) announced that it had signed a business agreement with the Korea Dairy and Beef Association (President Lee Seungho) to support disaster victims and disaster-vulnerable groups in the event of a disaster.
Through this agreement, the two organizations plan to cooperate on the following: relief support for disaster victims and disaster-vulnerable groups; collaborative projects based on disaster response; and the establishment of response systems for relief support.
Lee Seungho, President of the Korea Dairy and Beef Association, stated, "Because the dairy and beef industry is based on ranches, we have been significantly affected by disasters on the ground, and we have received much support from society in the process. Moving forward, we will cooperate with Hope Bridge, a professional disaster response organization, to share support in various ways when disasters occur."
Lim Chaecheong, President of Hope Bridge, said, "Disasters impact not only individuals but also industries and entire communities. With this agreement, our two organizations will work closely together to ensure prompt and systematic support in the event of a disaster."
