Samil PwC Identifies AI and Robotics as Core Technologies for CES 2026

"Where Technology Meets Emotion, CES 2026" Report Released
Tailored Guide for Participating Companies

Samil PwC announced on December 17 that it has published the report "Where Technology Meets Emotion, CES 2026" ahead of the world's largest IT and electronics trade show (CES), which will be held in Las Vegas, USA, from January 6 to 9 (local time).

This report will be distributed as a preliminary reference to companies and industry professionals attending CES 2026 in person, and non-attendees will also be able to access it online.

Based on an analysis of the official announcements and exhibition trends from the Consumer Technology Association (CTA), the organizer of CES, Samil PwC expects that five core technologies will take center stage at CES 2026: artificial intelligence (AI), robotics, mobility, digital healthcare, and quantum technology. As these technologies mature, they are projected to transcend industry boundaries and bring tangible changes to human emotions and everyday life. Samil PwC has termed this trend "Tech Touch," analyzing that a new era is emerging in which technology influences not just our tools, but also our lives and emotions.

The report forecasts that AI will evolve beyond specific industries to become the foundational infrastructure for daily life and business, developing into a personalized decision-making partner that understands user experience and emotions. Robotics, it predicts, will advance beyond simple automation to become intelligent partners based on Physical AI, capable of understanding the real world and interacting proactively.

Regarding mobility, the report analyzes that it is evolving beyond automobile manufacturing into a new lifestyle platform that offers personalized mobility experiences, including infotainment, autonomous driving, and emotion-based UX. Digital healthcare is developing into a real-time, personalized management system that combines AI, the Internet of Things (IoT), and data. The report anticipates that as hyper-personalized care is implemented in daily life-from prevention and diagnosis to treatment and management-the healthcare industry will be reorganized around technology and data.

The report also highlights quantum technology as the next-generation core infrastructure, predicting that the convergence of quantum technology and AI will fundamentally redefine the future paradigm of ICT and industry.

In addition, the report contains key information on the CES 2026 event overview, keynote speeches, and Best of Innovation award winners. It also includes exhibition hall and booth layouts, recommended viewing courses, and scheduling tips, providing practical assistance for companies and industry professionals to strategically tour the exhibition and network effectively.

Yoon Hoonsoo, CEO of Samil PwC, stated, "We have entered an era where technology encompasses not only industries but also our daily lives and emotions," adding, "I hope this CES 2026 report serves as a guide to maximize the on-site experience by examining current AI technology trends and presenting the direction of next-generation innovative technologies such as quantum technology."
