Expanded Exchange Among Korean, Chinese, and Japanese SMEs
The MainBiz Association (Korea Association of Management Innovation for Small and Medium Enterprises) announced on the 17th that it held the '2025 MainBiz Innovators Night' at the Grand Ballroom of Ambassador Seoul Pullman Hotel in Jangchung-dong, Seoul, on the 16th.

The '2025 MainBiz Innovators Night' is an event designed to share the annual achievements of MainBiz entrepreneurs, encourage their hard work, and lay the foundation for future growth and collaboration.
This year's event featured a total of 20 awards, including 8 commendations from the Minister of SMEs and Startups, 3 commendations from the President of the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund, 8 commendations from the President of the MainBiz Association, and 1 Innovator of the Year Award. The event served as an occasion to recognize entrepreneurs who have achieved outstanding results based on management innovation.
In addition, the total amount raised through the warm sharing of MainBiz member companies for social contribution activities throughout the year reached 808 million won, demonstrating the continued expansion of responsible social contribution participation among MainBiz companies.

Furthermore, an official event was held on this day to strengthen exchanges among small and medium-sized enterprises in Korea, China, and Japan. The association newly appointed a branch head for Guangdong Province in China to reinforce its network in the region and solidified the foundation for Korea-China cooperation. It also signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Tokyo New Business Council in Japan, formalizing the expansion of exchanges and the establishment of a cooperative system between Korean and Japanese SMEs. Through these efforts, the association plans to actively support its members' overseas expansion and global exchange.
Approximately 240 people attended the event, including Noh Yongseok, Vice Minister of SMEs and Startups; Lee Eonju, member of the Trade, Industry, Energy, SMEs, and Startups Committee; Choi Wonmok, President of the Korea Credit Guarantee Fund; as well as officials from SME support organizations and member companies.
In his congratulatory remarks, Vice Minister Noh Yongseok expressed his deep gratitude to MainBiz entrepreneurs for their tireless innovation and achievements despite challenging business environments. He stated, "The Ministry of SMEs and Startups will also actively support small and medium-sized enterprises so that they can continue to grow and build global competitiveness."

In his greeting, Kim Myungjin, President of the MainBiz Association, said, "The year 2025 has been a year in which companies have continued to embrace change and challenges despite difficult conditions such as high interest rates, high inflation, and global supply chain instability. I would like to express my gratitude and respect for your relentless efforts and responsible management innovation." He added, "As exchanges among small and medium-sized enterprises in Korea, China, and Japan become more active and new opportunities for cooperation emerge, the association will further strengthen its role at the center of the business network."
