Dongbu Construction Selected as Contractor for "Bangbae-dong 977 Street Housing Maintenance Project"

Asterium High-End Brand to Be Applied
Around 200 Households to Be Built in Bangbae Area

Dongbu Construction announced on December 16 that it has been selected as the final contractor for the "Bangbae-dong 977 Street Housing Maintenance Project," which is being promoted in the area of 977 Bangbae-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul.

Through this project, approximately 200 apartment units and ancillary welfare facilities are expected to be built in the area, with buildings ranging from five basement floors to 20 above-ground floors.

The site is considered highly desirable for residential purposes due to its accessibility to Subway Lines 2 and 7, reputable school districts, and well-developed living infrastructure. In addition, the Bangbae Districts 5 and 14 maintenance projects are also underway nearby, raising expectations for overall improvement of the residential environment in the area.

Dongbu Construction plans to apply its premium residential brand "Asterium" to this project. The company views the Bangbae-dong street housing maintenance project as an opportunity to introduce its premium brand in a prime location in the Gangnam area and aims to use it as a base to further strengthen its capabilities in maintenance projects.
