On December 15, Dongwon Industries announced that it will participate in a rights offering by its affiliate, Dongwon Busan Container Terminal, contributing 22 billion won.
The company will acquire a total of 4.4 million shares, and the total investment from all participants amounts to 56 billion won. The investment date is set for January 6, 2026.
