Dongbu Construction announced on December 15 that CEO Yoon Jino was awarded the Silver Tower Order of Industrial Service Merit at the Housing Construction Day ceremony held on December 11 at the Construction Association Hall in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
Housing Construction Day is an event held to recognize the hard work of companies and professionals who have contributed to the development of the domestic housing construction industry and to explore sustainable growth strategies for the construction sector.

This year, 48 individuals who contributed to expanding housing supply, revitalizing redevelopment projects, and improving residential environments received orders and medals. The Silver Tower Order of Industrial Service Merit is awarded to those who have demonstrated outstanding achievements in strengthening industrial competitiveness and enhancing the quality of residential welfare for the public.
CEO Yoon Jino was highly praised for establishing a continuous housing supply foundation and advancing redevelopment project capabilities across all areas of residential infrastructure, including housing, maintenance, and urban development. In particular, he was recognized for establishing a stable business structure through portfolio diversification, even as the construction industry faces challenges such as rising cost ratios and interest rate fluctuations.
