Special Ink Erasable with 60-Degree Friction Heat
Monami announced on December 15 that it will launch new gel pens, Rezoom 3 and Rezoom S, which feature special ink that can be erased by friction heat at 60 degrees Celsius.
These products are erasable gel pens that allow users to erase and rewrite by generating friction heat with a dedicated eraser attached to the top of the pen.
Rezoom 3 is a multipen that incorporates three colors-black, blue, and red-into a single pen. It is available in two line widths, 0.38mm and 0.5mm, allowing users to choose their preferred thickness. Rezoom S is a single-color gel pen with a 0.38mm line width. The ink is available in a total of 10 colors, including orange, green, and sky blue, so users can select their desired color. Monami is also introducing dedicated refills for the Rezoom series in black, blue, and red.
The new products are available for purchase starting today through Monami’s Naver Brand Store, as well as online and offline channels such as Coupang, Kyobo Bookstore, and Artbox. Monami plans to hold a product trial group recruitment and a comment event to celebrate the launch of the new products through its official social media accounts.
A Monami representative stated, "The new Rezoom 3 and Rezoom S products utilize special ink developed with Monami’s technology, making it easy and convenient to write and correct in everyday life. We hope you experience a more convenient writing experience with just one pen in your daily routine."
