According to the Hwasun County Council on the 11th, this report meeting was organized to conduct a final review of the research achievements carried out over approximately four months since August, and to further develop sustainable rural development strategies based on agricultural renewable energy.

During the meeting, practical implementation strategies were intensively discussed, including the Hwasun-style farmer participation profit-sharing model, the parallel structure of agricultural and energy production, and the establishment of a legal and institutional framework through the revision of related ordinances.

In particular, the research association enhanced the feasibility of field application by incorporating advanced examples from Wolpyeong-ri in Yeonggwang, which they visited for benchmarking in October, into this research outcome.

Professor Lee Soonhyeong of Dongshin University attended the meeting, contributing his expertise. Professor Lee suggested specific operational elements necessary for the successful establishment of a resident participation model and engaged in in-depth Q&A with the attending council members.

Assemblyman Ryu Jongok stated, "This research was a process of establishing a future strategy for Hwasun, where agriculture and renewable energy can grow together," adding, "Based on expert opinions and field experience, we will do our utmost to create policies that enable a mutually beneficial model led by residents to be realized in Hwasun."
