It is reported that the police questioned Person B to verify the circumstances under which Person A filed the complaint, as well as the events that have occurred so far.

Meanwhile, the police are also coordinating schedules to interview other staff members who were present at the scene at the time of the incident as witnesses.

Previously, on November 25, Person A submitted a complaint to the Yeongdeungpo Police Station in Seoul, claiming that Assemblyman Jang had molested her during a drinking gathering at a restaurant in Yeouido, Seoul, in October of last year.

The case was transferred to the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency the following day, and the Women and Juvenile Crime Investigation Division took over the investigation. On December 3, the police summoned Person A to obtain her statement regarding the circumstances at the time of the incident.

Assemblyman Jang has completely denied the allegations. On December 2, he filed a counter-complaint against Person A for false accusation and also filed complaints against Person A's then-boyfriend for assault and violation of the Protection of Communications Secrets Act, initiating legal action.
