The event was held in two parts: Part 1, "Overseas Residency Dialogue," and Part 2, "Field and Achievements of International Artistic Cooperation." Through firsthand accounts of overseas residencies, participants explored trends in the global creative environment. They also discussed the future direction and potential for collaboration in international artistic exchange, based on a variety of cooperation case studies.

In Part 1, independent planner Lee Soohoon served as moderator, connecting the individual experiences of 10 presenters who participated in this year's projects and providing a multifaceted look at the significance and potential expansion of residencies.

Poet Shin Mina (Japan K-BOOK Promotion Association), performance planner Shin Jaeyoon (Spain EFA Atelier for Young Festival Managers), playwright Lee Hongdo (Germany Residenztheater Playwright-in-Residence Program), and contemporary artist Hwang Sunjung (Germany Transmediale) shared their insights on working environments in each city and partner institution, points of contact with local creative ecosystems, and examples of ongoing collaborations following their residencies.

In Part 2, artist and planner Moon Boram, independent planner Park Inhye (Stringway), curator Oh Sunyoung, choreographer Lee Jeongin (Lee Jeongin Creation), choreographer Kim Yumi (Jajak Movement), and producer Song Miseon (And Theater) gave presentations. Yoo Byungeun, head of ARKO's Exchange and Cooperation Team, moderated the discussion, focusing on strategies for the organic development of the artistic field and support systems.

Jung Byungguk, Chairperson of ARKO, stated, "This event goes beyond simply sharing the outcomes of individual projects; it serves as a starting point for discussing the roles that artists, planners, and support organizations should play in the rapidly changing global art ecosystem. We will continue to develop and operate support programs to expand the international network of Korean art in line with the times."

ARKO also announced plans to compile the contents of this performance sharing meeting into a booklet and share it on its website.
