This year, a total of nine companies were selected as outstanding companies, with five of them recognized specifically for excellence in governance. HK inno.N was chosen as an Outstanding Company in Governance in the KOSDAQ-listed general company category. Following its selection last year as the first pharmaceutical and bio company to be recognized as an Outstanding ESG Company, HK inno.N has now been awarded for governance excellence, demonstrating its competitiveness across all areas of ESG.

HK inno.N was highly rated for strengthening its ESG risk management system and establishing a board-centered responsible management structure. The company autonomously established and operated key committees, implemented a board-level responsibility structure, and systematically managed both risk and opportunity factors across its operations by regularly reviewing ESG risks.

Kwak Dalwon, CEO of HK inno.N, stated, "Following last year's award as an Outstanding ESG Company, we have achieved another meaningful result by being recognized as an Outstanding Company in Governance for two consecutive years. As a leading ESG company, we will continue to strengthen our competitiveness across all areas-environmental, social, and governance-with a sense of responsibility for a sustainable future."

Meanwhile, in November, HK inno.N received the highest rating (AA) for the fourth consecutive time in the ESG evaluation announced by the ESG rating agency Sustinvest, and was ranked first among 100 companies in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and bio sectors, further solidifying its reputation for top-level ESG capabilities in the industry.
