Next week (the second week of December), applications for a total of 3,172 apartment units will be accepted nationwide. With the inclusion of the main subscription for the third-phase new towns in the Seoul metropolitan area, heightened interest from prospective buyers is expected.

According to the real estate research firm The Real Today on December 5, applications for the second week of December will be accepted at 10 sites across the country. Various types of offerings are included, such as public sales with private sector participation, public sales, and private rentals with public support. Happy Housing units are excluded.

In the Seoul metropolitan area, the main subscriptions for the third-phase new towns will be supplied, including 'Namyangju Wangsuk A24 Newlywed Hope Town' in Jinjeop-eup, Namyangju (164 units) and 'Namyangju Wangsuk B17' (88 units). In addition, applications will be accepted for 439 public sale units at 'Gunpo Daeyami A2 Newlywed Hope Town' in Daeyami-dong, Gunpo.

Privately developed complexes within public housing sites that are subject to price caps are also included, such as 'West Suwon Epitte Central Mark' in Suwon (470 units) and 'Siheung Geomo Elga Rosebiang' in Siheung (480 units).

In the provinces, the subscription schedule includes 'ePyeonhansesang Naepo Eduplatz' in Hongseong County, South Chungcheong Province (727 units), and 'Changwon Central I-Park' in Changwon, South Gyeongsang Province (36 units for general sale).

Model houses for the pre-construction, post-sale model are also scheduled to open at seven sites. On December 12, 'Yeoksam Central Xi' in Gangnam District, Seoul, will open its model house. The complex will consist of four buildings, 17 stories above ground and three basement levels, with a total of 237 units. Of these, 87 units (ranging from 59 to 122 square meters of exclusive area) will be available for general sale. Located within walking distance of Seolleung Station and Hanti Station, the complex is considered a so-called 'lottery subscription' site.

On the same day, 'Jungni B3 Block Geumseong Baekjo Yemiji' in Icheon City, Gyeonggi Province, will also open its model house. The complex consists of 1,009 units (exclusive areas of 59 and 84 square meters) and is a pre-construction, post-sale complex subject to price caps. Nearby, there is Jungni Elementary School (scheduled to open in 2026), a kindergarten, and Icheon Station on the Gyeonggang Line.

Next week, winners of subscription draws will be announced at 13 locations nationwide, and official contracts will be processed at 10 sites.
