DRB Selected as “Community Contribution Recognized Company” for Second Consecutive Year

Recognized for Customized Community Contribution and Building a Cooperative Mutual Growth System

DRB Dongil Co., Ltd. (DRB) was once again selected as a “Community Contribution Recognized Company” at the “2025 Busan Community Contribution Recognition Day” event held on December 4, following last year’s recognition.

The “Community Contribution Recognition System” is a program jointly operated by the Ministry of Health and Welfare and the Korea National Council on Social Welfare. It comprehensively evaluates and certifies companies’ social contribution activities for mutual growth with the local community.

DRB has made mutual growth with the region and sustainable development its core values, continuously carrying out customized social contribution projects after analyzing actual needs based on local community needs assessments. These efforts have been recognized for making tangible contributions to improving the quality of life for local residents.

In addition, DRB was the first to launch the “Geumjeong-gu Regional Mutual Growth Council,” which brings together companies, welfare organizations, and social welfare research institutes to establish a cooperative system involving the private sector, government, industry, and academia. Through this, DRB has continued to operate joint projects to address welfare blind spots and promote community development, presenting a new model for mutual growth in community contribution.

Furthermore, DRB has been supporting the foundation for regional growth by offering free access to its social contribution platform, “Campus D Busan,” for various civic activities, and by providing free office space to youth startups, social enterprises, nonprofit organizations, and cultural and artistic groups.

As a result of DRB’s sincere and ongoing efforts for social contribution and community development, the company has once again been recognized as a “Community Contribution Recognized Company” this year.
