The National Youth Ecological Center is a national youth experiential facility located in the beautiful natural environment of Eulsukdo, which is designated as a Natural Monument (migratory birds and wild bellflowers). It supports young people in cultivating ecological sensitivity and a sense of affinity with nature by allowing them to directly observe and experience the ecology of plants and animals.

This joint camp was organized with the goal of enhancing environmental sensitivity and strengthening community spirit among youth through ecology-focused experiential activities. Around 50 young participants from both institutions took part in a variety of hands-on programs.

The main programs included, on the first day, activities to develop ecological sensitivity such as △Eco Warm-Up (an orientation and atmosphere-building activity themed on nature and the environment) and △Eco Everyone (a community and collaboration enhancement activity using digital devices).

On the second day, ecological exploration and community activities were held, including △Eco Bicycle (a bicycle tour of Eulsukdo Ecological Park), △Insect Nutritionist (analyzing the components of insects and exploring their value as future food sources), and △Talent Show and Recreation.

The third day concluded with creative and cultural experiences, including △Wing Workshop (understanding the principles of bird flight and making flying objects with flapping wings) and △Movie Viewing.

An official from the Yangsan City Youth After-School Academy stated, "Through this joint camp, young people had a meaningful opportunity to learn the importance of the ecological environment and to build experiences of cooperation with one another."

One youth participant shared, "By directly experiencing ecological programs that I don't usually have access to, I was able to feel the value of nature. The activities with other friends were fun, and the bicycle tour was especially memorable."

Both institutions plan to continue operating a variety of collaborative programs to support the healthy growth of youth and to expand experiential opportunities in the future.
