At the "December 3 Rebellion and Treason Liquidation and End, Civic March for Social Reform" event hosted by a civic group in front of the National Assembly in Yeouido on December 3, Jeong said, "The war against the rebellion is ongoing," and declared, "We must suppress the forces chanting 'Yoon Again' and the judicial coup that dismissed the arrest warrants for Park Sungjae and Chu Kyungho."

He emphasized, "The Democratic Party will establish a dedicated court for rebellion cases to suppress the judicial coup and restore democracy."

Jeong expressed his gratitude, saying, "On this day last year, I thank the citizens who rushed to the National Assembly to block the martial law troops so that lawmakers could vote on the resolution to lift Yoon Sukyeol's martial law. Without the people's support, lawmakers would not have been able to discuss lifting martial law."

He continued, "I also want to express my gratitude once again to the citizens who, at 11:22 a.m. on April 4 this year, helped bring about the ruling to dismiss Yoon Sukyeol. I am also grateful to those who took to the streets to denounce the judicial coup when the Supreme Court under Chief Justice Cho Heedae remanded President Lee Jaemyung's case. The audience cheered in response."

Finally, Jeong concluded, "We will win together with the people," and added, "Thank you."
