The Worker Vacation Support Program is a system in which employees deposit 200,000 won, and their company and the government each contribute 100,000 won, allowing a total of 400,000 won to be used for domestic travel expenses.

Employees can freely use the accumulated funds to purchase a wide range of domestic travel products such as accommodation, transportation, and experiences through the program's exclusive online mall, 'Hugashop.'

This year, approximately 130,000 employees benefited from the Worker Vacation Support Program. In addition, companies participating in the program can receive extra points and performance recognition when applying for government certification systems. Outstanding participating companies are also eligible for government awards, media publicity, publication in casebooks, and priority selection in the following year.

The Worker Vacation Support Program can only be applied for by companies, including small and medium-sized enterprises, small business owners, and non-profit private organizations. Detailed information is available through the official website and the dedicated support center.

Kang Kyusang, Director of the Tourism Welfare and Safety Center at the Korea Tourism Organization, stated, "Employees are highly satisfied as they can access excellent travel products at affordable prices, and companies benefit from strengthened employee welfare and enhanced corporate image, making this a representative tourism welfare program that satisfies everyone." He added, "The Korea Tourism Organization will continue to introduce a variety of travel products that reflect the latest travel trends and consumer preferences."
