The traffic enforcement campaign focused on five major reckless driving behaviors: illegal U-turns by cutting in line, violations of exclusive bus lanes on highways by vans with 12 seats or fewer, blocking intersections, illegal lane changes, and traffic law violations by non-emergency ambulances. As a result, the police cracked down on approximately 107,000 cases of illegal lane changes, about 13,000 cases of illegal U-turns by cutting in line, and 3,700 cases of violations of exclusive highway bus lanes.

The police selected 833 key intersections nationwide, focusing on roads with frequent traffic violations and a high number of complaints. They improved facilities by installing new no-stopping zones, adjusting U-turn areas, and installing signs to deter illegal lane changes.

The National Police Agency plans to continue intensive enforcement until the end of this year. According to a survey conducted on November 19 among highway drivers regarding compliance with exclusive bus lanes, 78.4% (1,542 out of 1,968 respondents) answered that the enforcement activities were effective.

An official from the National Police Agency stated, "Along with the crackdown on the five major reckless driving behaviors, we focused on fostering a culture of traffic law compliance through on-site guidance, public awareness campaigns, and cooperation with related agencies. This appears to have contributed to improved public perception. We will continue to pursue traffic policies that resonate with and are felt by the public."
