Writes Reports and Recommends Tasks by Integrating Company Data
"Continuous Addition of AI Features... Bringing Real Change to Work Practices"
Naver's artificial intelligence (AI) technology continues to be integrated into Naver Works, a work collaboration tool. This time, the "AI Studio" has been introduced, allowing even non-experts to directly create AI assistants optimized for their work.
"Naver Works AI Studio" is a tool that enables users to easily create customized AI assistants for work by utilizing data from messages, bulletin boards, and more. Unlike general-purpose AI chatbots based on universal data, this tool allows companies to build AI optimized for actual work tasks by leveraging internal resources.
For example, it is possible to create assistants that directly support work, such as a "Message Search Expert" that instantly finds necessary information in Naver Works messages, or a "Weekly Report Master" that helps draft customized reports. Creative assistants can also be developed, such as a "Lunch Menu Recommender" or a "Message-Based MBTI Analyzer" to facilitate smooth communication among colleagues.
Existing AI features have also been significantly enhanced. In email, new capabilities such as sentence improvement, schedule and task recommendations, and reply suggestions have been added, in addition to existing draft generation and style conversion features. For Drive, new functions now allow users to summarize uploaded files without extra steps, or instantly translate file contents into English, Japanese, or Chinese.

With 590,000 global corporate clients and over 5.8 million users, the platform is continuing its global growth, recently expanding into the Taiwanese market as well.
Naver Cloud plans to further enhance Naver Works by continuously adding AI features, aiming to develop it into a collaboration tool that boosts work productivity.
Kyung Sungmin, Head of Cloud Product Strategy at Naver Cloud, stated, "With AI Studio, each company can experience customized AI tailored to their unique work environment," adding, "We will continue to introduce a variety of AI features to Naver Works to bring about real changes in the way people work."
Naver Works AI Studio can be used as a standalone product, like Drive or Clova Note, or in combination with other Naver Works products.
Meanwhile, Naver Works has been selected as the AI collaboration tool for the pilot service of the "Intelligent Work Management Platform," which utilizes the "Pan-Government AI Common Platform." Since the end of November, pilot operations have been underway for the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, the Ministry of Science and ICT, and the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety. Naver plans to actively support public officials in utilizing the latest AI technology by providing Naver Works as SaaS within the government network.
