This quality inspection was carried out based on feedback and inspection results collected during the pre-move-in event for prospective residents. Given the nature of rental housing, the inspection focused on sanitary facilities, which are used frequently, and fire protection systems, which are directly related to resident safety.
The inspection included a thorough check of household sanitary fixtures, the presence of any leaks, ventilation, and water supply and drainage systems, all of which are crucial for daily convenience. In addition, special attention was given to ensuring that major fire safety equipment, such as fire pumps and hydrants, can operate immediately in case of emergencies such as fires.
President Shin Changho stated, "We are thoroughly reflecting the issues identified during the preliminary inspection and conducting re-inspections to minimize inconveniences at the initial stage of occupancy and to enhance the quality of rental housing." He added, "We will continue to improve the quality of public rental housing based on a systematic quality management system."
