Jaes&D announced on November 27 that it has won a contract to construct a mixed-use residential and commercial apartment complex worth 73.5 billion won near Gongdeok Station in Mapo-gu, Seoul.
This project involves supplying a mixed-use complex with 178 residential units in Dohwa-dong, Mapo-gu. Construction is scheduled to begin in January next year, with completion targeted for November 2028.
Located just 200 meters from Exit 1 of Gongdeok Station, the site offers excellent transit accessibility. It also provides convenient access to major roads such as Mapo Bridge, Gangbyeonbuk-ro, and Olympic-daero. The area is well-equipped with living infrastructure, including Gyeongui Line Forest Park, small parks, and large supermarkets, as well as elementary, middle, and high schools nearby.
Jaes&D has significantly increased its order volume this year by expanding its business portfolio to include housing, offices, and urban renewal projects. On November 11, the company announced through a public disclosure that it has raised its annual order target to 2.8 trillion won. The revised target consists of 1.5 trillion won for the construction segment, 1.05 trillion won for the housing segment, and 250 billion won for the home solutions segment.
A Jaes&D representative stated, "We expect our order performance in 2025 to surpass even the record high of 2.8 trillion won achieved in 2022 over the past five years. In addition, by strengthening our competitiveness in small- and medium-sized urban renewal projects, we are aiming to achieve the highest order volume again next year."
