Seoul Metro announced at around 8:25 a.m. on November 27 that "due to an ongoing rally and protest, southbound (toward Oido) trains on Line 4 are currently passing through Hyehwa Station without stopping."

The NSDPD is holding the protest because the 2026 government budget bill, which has been sent to the National Assembly, does not include funding for the rights of persons with disabilities.
