Ha Dongwoo, former Director of Crime Information Planning at the Supreme Prosecutors' Office (33rd class of the Judicial Research and Training Institute), and Baek Moonki, former First Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the Suwon District Prosecutors' Office (32nd class), announced on the 19th that they have established the law firm "Dari" and have begun working together as co-managing attorneys. Managing Attorney Ha Dongwoo graduated from Dongnae High School in Busan and the Department of Law at Seoul National University. He began his career as a prosecutor at the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office in 2004 and gained experience at the Special Investigations Departments of the Changwon and Suwon District Prosecutors' Offices, as well as at the Foreign Affairs Division of the Busan District Prosecutors' Office, which specializes in international crime investigations. He later served in key positions such as Prosecutor Research Officer at the Anti-Corruption Department of the Supreme Prosecutors' Office, Team Leader of the Joint Investigation Team for Overseas Illegal Asset Recovery, Chief of the Criminal Division 5 (in charge of finance and taxation) at the Seoul Eastern District Prosecutors' Office, and Chief of the Joint Investigation Division for Financial and Securities Crimes at the Seoul Southern District Prosecutors' Office. As Chief of the Joint Investigation Division for Financial and Securities Crimes at the Seoul Southern District Prosecutors' Office, Managing Attorney Ha was recognized as a leading expert in finance, taxation, and asset recovery within the prosecution, notably securing the arrest and indictment of the main perpetrator in the Youngpoong Paper stock manipulation case.

Managing Attorney Baek Moonki graduated from Busan High School of Education and Yonsei University’s Department of Law, and earned a master's degree from the Graduate School of Taxation at the University of Seoul. He held various positions, including at the Special Investigations Department of the Changwon District Prosecutors' Office, the Financial and Tax Investigation Department of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office, the Special Investigations Department of the Incheon District Prosecutors' Office, Deputy Chief of the Special Investigations Division 4, Chief of the Criminal Division 5 at the Seoul Western District Prosecutors' Office, Director of the Inspection Division 3 at the Supreme Prosecutors' Office, and Second Deputy Chief Prosecutor (in charge of finance and virtual assets) at the Seoul Southern District Prosecutors' Office. He also served on the special prosecutor team investigating the 2016 government corruption scandal. Managing Attorney Baek is recognized as an expert in special and economic crimes and has obtained the Blue Belt certification as an officially accredited prosecutor in the securities and finance sector.
