The most anticipated part of the program, the 'Pro JOB-ler TALK Concert,' provided a direct connection to the field. Current professionals participated to share insights on changes in job roles, corporate culture, and the specific competencies required during the hiring process.

For the final event, 11 officials from the Busan Northern Employment Center joined the participants for a company visit to Panasia, one of Busan’s leading small and medium-sized enterprises. Together, they toured the workplace and took part in mentoring sessions with employees, allowing the young participants to experience the atmosphere and job environment of the industry firsthand.

All participants who completed the program received an official certificate of completion and will be given preferential consideration when participating in future employment-linked programs and company recommendation initiatives run by the University Job Plus Center.

Jung Dowoon, Director of the University Job Plus Center at Dongseo University, stated, "I hope that by seeing and hearing directly from the field, young people will gain confidence and realize the potential of local industries," adding, "We will continue to expand practical support programs that connect local youth with companies."
