Seoul Metro announced through a safety alert message at around 8:30 a.m. on the 17th that "due to a protest, southbound trains are passing through Hyehwa Station without stopping."
According to Seoul Metro, Jeonjangyeon staged a boarding protest at Hyehwa Station, resulting in a delay of about 10 minutes for southbound trains on Line 4.
Jeonjangyeon is protesting by traveling to the National Assembly via subway, arguing that the 2026 government budget proposal does not include budgets for disability rights.
