Users can access the medication management service through the Naver Healthcare page, which was updated with this feature on November 12. Through the medication management service, users can check whether they have taken their medications and view their daily adherence rates. They can also record their medication history and symptoms by date, allowing them to monitor changes and patterns in their medication usage.
Users can access the medication management service by searching for "Naver Healthcare" in the Naver search bar or by selecting "Healthcare" from the shortcut menu in the upper left corner of the Naver app's full services list.
On the Naver Healthcare page, users can also utilize features such as the Naver pedometer, hospital appointment schedules, symptom checker, UV, air stagnation, and cold indices, health-related video clips, and Naver Pay indemnity insurance claim applications. The Naver symptom checker is a digital healthcare service that suggests possible diagnoses and nearby hospitals when users enter their current symptoms.
Cha Dongcheol, Head of Naver Medical Innovation Center, stated, "We plan to add a variety of features for personal health management, including essential health information, to the Naver Healthcare page," adding, "We will continue to enhance health-related services that provide practical help to users in their daily lives."
Meanwhile, Naver is continuing its investments in digital healthcare and is also aiming for global expansion. Following its investment in the clinical trial platform company JNP Medi in August, Naver invested last month in InBody, a provider of body composition analysis products and services.
