A total of five robot clerks have been deployed at the store, working in shifts. The content that the robots need to answer is being developed and upgraded every week.

Yao Qiyuan, founder and president of Zhongqing Robot, explained that the robot "has tireless stamina and rich emotions," and "can perform the same tasks as ten human employees." He emphasized that the robot is no longer just a simple consumer product but an emotional guide. He also added that having robots serve as clerks not only reduces costs but also serves as a driving force to attract many customers.
