Singer MC Mong addressed the controversy over using a portrait of Hitler as interior decor, stating, "I hope people understand the work as a work of art."

On November 11, MC Mong explained on his social media, "This painting is an early work by artist Ok Seungcheol. The beard area is colored with a straw to depict human greed and selfishness, and the barbarity of those who feed off the blood of others."

He continued, "Some works of art are created with the intention of criticism and disparagement from the start. There are also enthusiasts who appreciate such works. Since you do not understand art, you write ignorantly, thinking that is everything. Not knowing the artist's intention, you seem to cruelly invent your own purpose and write as you please."

He concluded, "I dislike Hitler. I dislike anyone who starts wars."

Recently, MC Mong revealed the interior of his home on his social media. In this post, a portrait of Adolf Hitler could be seen on the wall at the end of the staircase, which drew attention and criticism from online users.

Some netizens commented, "Did he not think this would be a problem?" and "I'm curious why someone would hang a portrait of Hitler in their home."
