Learning, Sharing, and Practicing:
Building a Sustainable Future Together with the Local Community
Ulju County in Ulsan will host the '2025 Ulju Sustainable Development Lifelong Learning Experience Exhibition' at Beomseo Sports Park on November 15.
This event, held under the slogan 'Learning That Enriches My Life, Blossoming Happiness in Ulju,' is a lifelong learning festival where Ulju residents come together to learn, share, and envision a sustainable future.
More than 80 organizations, including lifelong learning institutions, clubs, and private groups, will participate and present a variety of programs based on the three themes of 'Learning, Sharing, and Practicing.'
The event will begin with an opening ceremony at 10:30 a.m., followed by a 'Hope Sharing Campaign' where participants can donate unused household items, a 'Sustainable Development OX Quiz Competition' for 100 elementary school students, a 'Lifelong Learning Stamp Tour' where participants learn through hands-on activities to protect the Earth, and a toy resource recycling program in collaboration with Elephant Factory, among other experiential activities.
A photo zone and green experience zone themed on the UN Sustainable Development Goals (17 SDGs) will be set up to help visitors naturally experience the value of the environment and sustainability.
In addition, there will be a variety of side events, including a healing picnic zone, flea market, face painting, toy junk art exhibition, and food trucks.
This experience exhibition is open to everyone free of charge, and the on-site experience booths will operate from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
