Gyeonggi Fire Department Grants Special Promotion to 23 Personnel in Firefighting, EMS, and Rescue on the 7th

The Gyeonggi-do Fire and Disaster Headquarters held a special promotion appointment ceremony for a total of 23 personnel on November 7.

This ceremony was organized to encourage firefighters who have demonstrated outstanding performance not only in disaster response but also in the SAFE field, which emphasizes the importance of proactive safety management through preventive activities, as well as in various areas such as firefighting, emergency medical services, and rescue operations.

This year, the Fire and Disaster Headquarters selected 23 individuals for special promotion: 6 in the SAFE field, 6 in firefighting, 5 in rescue, and 6 in emergency medical services.

The ceremony lasted for 30 minutes and was attended by executives and staff of the Fire and Disaster Headquarters, along with the families of the appointees, creating a warm and celebratory atmosphere.
