[Conference Call] Naver: "Over 1 Trillion Won Needed for Future GPU Investments... Targeting Physical AI"

Kim Heecheol, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Naver, stated during the third quarter 2025 earnings conference call held on the morning of November 5, "We are currently projecting facility investments, including graphic processing units (GPUs), in units of 1 trillion won." He added, "If we strengthen new businesses such as physical artificial intelligence (AI) initiatives starting next year, we will need to invest 1 trillion won solely in GPUs."

The CFO further explained, "The 60,000 GPUs we received through investment from Nvidia are also included within this category."

On October 31, Nvidia announced that it would supply more than 260,000 Blackwell GPUs to domestic companies and institutions, including Naver's subsidiary Naver Cloud. Naver Cloud plans to introduce over 60,000 additional Nvidia GPUs to develop large language models (LLMs) and industry-specific AI solutions.
