With this selection, the museum will receive 15.8 million won in national funding to build a database for a total of 925 artifacts, including donated and entrusted items as well as artifacts expected to be returned to the state.

This marks the eighth time the museum has been selected for this project since 2015, once again recognizing the expertise and ongoing project capabilities of the Uiseong Jomunguk Museum.

Through this initiative, the museum aims to establish a systematic preservation and efficient management foundation for artifacts, and plans to make artifact information easily accessible to the public through the "e-Museum" platform and its official website.

Kim Jusu, Governor of Uiseong County, stated, "We will systematically manage state-owned artifacts excavated in the region and donated or entrusted items so that anyone in the country can easily access them," adding, "Based on the accumulated data, we will also expand various applications such as exhibitions and educational programs."
