On the 5th, Gwangju and South Jeolla Province are expected to be mostly clear.
According to the Gwangju Regional Meteorological Administration, as the region will be on the edge of a high-pressure system moving eastward from the West Sea, some areas may experience fog with visibility of less than 1 kilometer from early morning to late morning.
The morning low temperatures are expected to range from 5 to 12 degrees Celsius. By major region: Gokseong 5 degrees, Yeonggwang and Boseong 6 degrees, Damyang, Jangseong, Hwasun, Naju, Gurye, and Yeongam 7 degrees, Gwangju, Muan, Haenam, and Gangjin 9 degrees, Shinan, Goheung, and Suncheon 9 degrees, Gwangyang, Jindo, and Mokpo 10 degrees, Wando 11 degrees, and Yeosu 13 degrees. The daytime high temperatures will rise to between 19 and 22 degrees Celsius.
Waves in the offshore areas of the West Sea and South Sea will be around 0.5 meters, and the concentration of ultrafine dust is expected to remain at a 'moderate' level.
An official from the Meteorological Administration advised, "Frost and ice may form, especially in mountainous areas, so please take extra care in managing crops during the harvest season."
