According to the county on November 4, this initiative is designed for exam-takers who may find it difficult to manage their oral hygiene due to academic commitments. The program will provide oral examinations and scaling, one-on-one personalized oral health education, and oral hygiene products. It will begin on November 13, the day of the College Scholastic Ability Test.

The program is open to students preparing for the 2026 academic year who either reside in Gochang County or attend a high school located in the county. Anyone eligible can apply by making a reservation by phone in advance, then visiting the Gochang County Public Health Center with their exam admission ticket or student ID.

Yu Byungsoo, Director of the Public Health Center, said, "I hope this serves as a small gesture of encouragement to students who have been exhausted by their studies and exam preparations. We will continue to promote this program so that students entering adulthood can maintain healthy teeth for life and remain interested in their oral health."
