According to the Gwangju Regional Meteorological Administration, the region will be on the edge of a high-pressure system moving eastward over the West Sea on this day.

An official from the meteorological administration advised, "The elderly, those with weakened immune systems, and children should refrain from outdoor activities as much as possible and pay special attention to their health due to the rapid temperature changes and low temperatures."
