Daewoong Pharmaceutical announced on November 3 that it will conduct large-scale recruitment in the second half of this year to secure outstanding talent across all its group companies.


This recruitment drive is open to both new graduates and junior professionals with between one and less than three years of experience, offering a wide range of opportunities tailored to different career stages. Positions are available across all divisions, including sales, marketing, research, development, production, administration, and IT.

The Daewoong Internship, targeted at new graduates, serves as a "practical talent training center." Rather than simply assisting with routine tasks, interns directly participate in key projects, allowing them to achieve tangible accomplishments and gain valuable learning experiences. With the company’s global business expansion, interns in relevant roles are also given opportunities to collaborate with overseas teams or participate in local projects, enabling them to gain growth experience not only in Korea but also on the global stage.


Throughout this process, interns work with leaders to develop strategies for achieving goals and receive intensive feedback from mentors, allowing them to strengthen their strengths and address areas for improvement.


This is part of Daewoong’s core HR system, "developmental feedback," which enables systematic growth through hands-on experience and is highly regarded among employees. In fact, internship participants have shared positive feedback, describing it as "an opportunity to enhance capabilities through specific feedback during the work process" and "a valuable experience that made personal growth tangible."

The junior career track is aimed at candidates with more than one year but less than three years of experience.
