92.9% Satisfaction Rate Achieved in the First Half of the Year

Seoul Eunpyeong District (District Mayor Kim Mikyung) will conduct the '2025 Second Half Civil Service Satisfaction Survey' from November 3 to 14. The district plans to listen to the opinions of civil petitioners visiting the district office and reflect them in the improvement of administrative services.

This survey targets visitors to the Civil Petition Passport Division, and both on-site sticker surveys and online surveys via QR code will be conducted simultaneously. For the sticker survey, participants can directly attach stickers to a board installed in the civil service office to express their opinions.

The survey questions cover satisfaction with the kindness of civil service responses, promptness and professionalism in processing, the environment and convenience of the civil service office, and the operation of the civil service counselor system. Based on the survey results, the district plans to develop measures to improve the quality of civil administrative services. Earlier this year, the district also conducted a survey in the first half, with 785 participants and a satisfaction rate of 92.9%.

Kim Mikyung, Mayor of Eunpyeong District, stated, "We will actively reflect the voices of residents in our administration to provide friendlier and faster civil services," adding, "I hope this survey will serve as an opportunity to enhance the quality of services that residents experience."
