To Lead the 27th to 29th Festivals Through 2028

The Jeonju International Film Festival Organizing Committee announced on October 29 that Min Sungwook and Jung Junho have been reappointed as co-executive directors. Their term will run until December 13, 2028, and the two will lead the 27th to 29th editions of the festival.
Executive Director Min Sungwook has been involved with the organizing committee since the early days of the festival, shaping the identity and artistic direction of the Jeonju International Film Festival. Executive Director Jung Junho has contributed to expanding the festival's reach and strengthening its promotional power, leveraging his high public profile and extensive network.
The committee stated, "Under the dual leadership of the two executive directors, significant achievements have continued, including a ticket sales rate of 81.8% last year. We will continue to expand the diversity of independent and art films and develop the festival into one that grows together with the local community."
The 27th Jeonju International Film Festival will be held for ten days from April 29 to May 8 next year.
