Yangsan City Successfully Concludes Large-Scale Job Fair with 25 Companies and Over 1,000 Job Seekers

The "2025 Yangsan City Job Fair" successfully concluded on October 28 at the Yangsan Sports Complex Gymnasium, with over 1,000 job seekers in attendance.


The job fair was co-hosted by Yangsan City in Gyeongnam Province, the Dongwon Institute of Science and Technology Innovation Support Group, the Youngsan University Career Plus Center and Gyeongnam RISE Project Group, the Yangsan Employment Welfare Plus Center, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and other local employment-related organizations.

This event brought together participants from all age groups, from youth to middle-aged and older adults, highlighting the strong momentum for local employment. A total of 25 companies, including Donghwa Food, Lotte Busan CK, MSC, and Daeduk HTS, took part, recruiting for a variety of positions such as office and management, production and manufacturing, design and inspection, sales, service, and research.


In particular, at the company briefing session hosted by Taejin System, which was selected as an Outstanding Job Creation Company in Yangsan City for 2024, students from Yangsan Artificial Intelligence High School, a local specialized high school, had the opportunity to hear firsthand about real-world applications of AI technology in business. They also expanded their career exploration by participating directly in mock interviews and employment consulting programs.


Additionally, the Employment Welfare Plus Center, Youth Center Cheongdam, Senior Job Creation Support Center, Women’s New Job Center, and Middle-aged and Senior Tomorrow Center contributed to the vibrancy of the event by providing tailored counseling to job seekers from various backgrounds.


A city official stated, "We increased participant satisfaction by offering a range of side events, including job application document clinics, interview skills coaching, color psychology testing, and personal color consultations. In addition to the annual job fair, we will continue to support employment for diverse groups and strive to provide sustainable jobs through ongoing events such as the 'Recruitment Day! Employment Day! Job Matching Day,' which are held regularly throughout the year."
