This project was completed in July with a budget of 120 million won. It is being recognized as a case where a small investment has led to significant improvements in residents' convenience.
On this day, the heads of neighborhood associations from Bangok-Gwansal-dong also participated at the site to express their gratitude to Wonju City, and residents directly conveyed their daily inconveniences and suggestions for improvement to the mayor.
Wonju City plans to further accelerate efforts to expand essential infrastructure so that citizens can experience tangible changes and greater convenience in their daily lives.
Mayor Won stated, "Even small-scale projects should be pursued more actively if they are closely related to citizens' lives and deliver substantial, tangible benefits," adding, "We will actively seek out exemplary cases that can maximize budget efficiency."
