Samsung Electronics Ranks First in Domestic and Global Consumer Satisfaction Surveys

Ranked First in Nine Appliance Categories in KS-QEI Announced on October 28

On October 29, Samsung Electronics announced that it had maintained its position as the company with the most first-place rankings, after being selected as number one in nine out of ten home appliance categories in the 'Korea Quality Excellence Index (KS-QEI)' survey released by the Korean Standards Association (KSA) on October 28.

Major appliances such as refrigerators and drum washers received the highest scores, and the 'Bespoke AI Combo' was recognized for its reliability by ranking first for the second consecutive year in the all-in-one washer dryer category, which was newly established last year.

This marks another consecutive achievement for Samsung Electronics. Including this survey, the company has continued to rank first in major consumer satisfaction surveys conducted both domestically and internationally. Last month, Samsung Electronics also topped six out of eight home appliance categories in the '2025 Korea Customer Satisfaction Index (KCSI)' survey conducted by the Korea Management Association Consulting (KMAC), earning the most first-place rankings among all companies surveyed.

Samsung Electronics achieved first place for 16 consecutive years in the refrigerator and washer categories, and maintained the top spot for 13 consecutive years in the air conditioner category. KMAC explained that Samsung Electronics has consistently ranked first across various categories through AI features, user convenience, and design innovation.

In the same month, Samsung Electronics was also named joint number one in the overall home appliance category, alongside Whirlpool, in the '2025 Consumer Satisfaction Survey' released by the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI). The company also secured first place in the newly established vacuum cleaner category this year, further demonstrating its product competitiveness in the global market.

In June, Samsung Electronics received awards in 13 categories at the '2025 Korea Innovation Awards' announced by the Korean Standards Association, marking the sixth consecutive year it has won the most awards. The 'Bespoke AI Hybrid Kitchen Fit Max' refrigerator and 'Bespoke AI Jet 400W' vacuum cleaner, both equipped with AI features, received the Grand Prize for New Technology Innovation, while 'Samsung Food', an AI-based integrated food platform, received the Grand Prize for Service Innovation.

Yoo Miyoung, Executive Vice President of Samsung Electronics' Digital Appliances (DA) Division, stated, "Bespoke AI appliances are highly rated in domestic and international consumer satisfaction surveys for their quality and differentiated AI features," adding, "Samsung Electronics will continue to lead quality innovation and prioritize customer satisfaction."
