CORN (Customer Oriented ReNovation) is an accelerating program designed to create products and services that meet customer needs.
Six young entrepreneurs from the local community, recruited through the Yangsan Youth Center, participated in this training. The curriculum went beyond the basic idea generation stage, focusing on hands-on exercises such as drafting a customer value proposition canvas, defining project tasks, and developing MVPs (Minimum Viable Products). The program emphasized defining problems from the customer’s perspective and designing concrete solutions to address them.
Participants had the opportunity to refine their business models and enhance their market competitiveness through one-on-one customized mentoring sessions with professional mentors, gaining practical growth opportunities.
An official from Yangsan City stated, "We hope this training will serve as an opportunity for young entrepreneurs to develop both a customer-centric mindset and practical skills," adding, "We will continue to run various entrepreneurship education programs to create an environment where young people can take on challenges and grow within the local community."
