The Gwangju Fire Safety Headquarters announced on October 29 that it will provide the '119 Transport Support Service' for students with mobility difficulties on November 13, the day of the 2025 College Scholastic Ability Test. The plan is to actively support transportation convenience so that examinees can take the test safely and comfortably.

The '119 Transport Support Service' targets examinees who have difficulty moving due to disabilities or injuries. On the day of the test, the service provides round-trip transportation from home to the test site using a 119 ambulance. The intention is to help students focus solely on the exam without worrying about transportation on the test day.

Students or parents who wish to use the service can make a reservation by calling 119 or visiting the nearest fire station by November 12, the day before the exam.

The Gwangju Fire Safety Headquarters also plans to deploy paramedics to all test sites on the day of the College Scholastic Ability Test to prepare for emergencies such as medical incidents or fires that may occur at the test sites. This measure is intended to ensure the safety of not only the examinees but also all those involved in the exam.

Kim Heecheol, Head of the 119 Response Division at the Gwangju Fire Safety Headquarters, stated, "We will do our utmost both inside and outside the test sites to ensure that all examinees can take the exam safely and comfortably," adding, "We hope that the 119 Transport Support Service will help students with physical difficulties achieve good results."
