Hyundai AutoEver announced on October 29 that it held the '2025 Hyundai AutoEver Partners Day' to share its direction for promoting mutual growth management with partner companies.
The event, held on October 28, was attended by more than 200 people, including representatives from 72 partner companies that have signed mutual growth agreements with Hyundai AutoEver, as well as Hyundai AutoEver officials. The company has been holding this event annually since 2018.
This year, Hyundai AutoEver awarded certificates and prize money to three partner companies-Masco, Soft Zion, and Weaver Systems-that actively participated in various mutual growth activities. In addition, a lecture titled 'The Future of the AI Era from a Neuroscientist's Perspective' was held to discuss the outlook for the AI era with partner companies. Toward the end of the event, participants had a networking session to further strengthen their partnerships.

Hyundai AutoEver operates a variety of mutual growth agreement programs to support the sustainable growth of its partner companies. These include customized management consulting for each partner, as well as support for recruitment and training of partner company personnel. The company also helps ensure stable business operations for its partners by maintaining a 100% cash payment rate for subcontract transaction payments.
Hyundai AutoEver has also participated for five consecutive years in the 'Partner ESG Support Program' organized by the Win-Win Growth Committee. Through this program, the company has worked to strengthen the ESG management capabilities of its partners. According to the Win-Win Growth Committee, the ESG compliance rate among the 89 partner companies supported by Hyundai AutoEver over the past four years has risen significantly, from an average of 44.0% to 87.9%.
Lee Sehee, Head of Business Support at Hyundai AutoEver, emphasized, "We will continue to practice mutual growth management based on building trust with our partner companies so that we can grow together."
