Asiana Airlines Expands European Routes... Launches New Services to Milan and Budapest

Incheon-Barcelona Route to Increase to Seven Flights Per Week

Asiana Airlines announced on October 29 that it will launch new routes to Italy and Hungary and expand its Spanish route, aiming to broaden its European network in 2026.

Starting March 31 next year, Asiana Airlines will begin a new service to Milan, Italy. The Incheon-Milan route will operate three times a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Flights will depart from Incheon at 1:40 p.m. and arrive at Milan Airport at 8:00 p.m. local time. Return flights will leave Milan Airport at 10:00 p.m. local time and arrive in Incheon at 4:40 p.m. the following day.

Beginning April 3 next year, Asiana Airlines will launch a new route to Budapest, Hungary. The Incheon-Budapest route will operate twice a week on Fridays and Sundays. Flights will depart from Incheon at 12:35 p.m. and arrive at Budapest Airport at 6:05 p.m. local time. Return flights will depart Budapest Airport at 8:00 p.m. local time and arrive in Incheon at 1:40 p.m. the following day.

Both routes will be operated with A350 aircraft, which have a capacity of 311 seats (28 in business class and 283 in economy class).

Starting September next year, the Incheon-Barcelona route will increase from five to seven flights per week. Asiana Airlines is also planning to add one more weekly flight to the Incheon-Budapest route.
