President Lee Jae-myung arrived in Gyeongju, North Gyeongsang Province, on the afternoon of the 28th as the chair of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC).

The Office of the President announced this in a written briefing. However, the spokesperson's office explained that there are no public events scheduled for the President on this day.

President Lee is expected to focus on preparing for related agendas, including meetings with leaders of major countries.

President Lee's official APEC schedule will begin on the 29th.
