According to the city on October 28, "Living Culture and Arts Clubs" are pure amateur art groups where ordinary citizens, rather than professional artists, voluntarily gather through leisure or hobby activities to enjoy and create art. These clubs play an important role in expanding cultural enjoyment for local residents and spreading art culture in everyday life.

This event will provide an opportunity for members of Jeonju's Living Culture and Arts Clubs, who have been active in various fields throughout the year, to communicate with citizens through a variety of programs, including exhibitions, hands-on experiences, and performances.

At the festival venue, there will be exhibitions of members' works in painting, crafts, and photography (5 teams), craft experiences and citizen participation programs (8 teams), special hands-on activities organized by the Living Culture Center (3 teams), as well as experience booths such as left-hand drawing and a "Happy Photo Studio."

In addition, performances by 12 teams-including music, dance, and bands-will be held, offering citizens a chance to enjoy art up close in their daily lives.

The theme of this year's festival is "Art for Everyone to Enjoy," with a focus on sharing the happiness gained through hobbies and creative activities and expanding exchanges among citizens.

The festival is free and open to all citizens, and detailed schedules and programs can be found at the information booths on site.

No Eunyoung, Director of Culture, Sports and Tourism, said, "This festival is a stage where citizens who enjoy art in their daily lives become the main characters," adding, "I hope this will be an opportunity for each individual's art to come together and create a greater resonance."
